How does the process work?

1.

After you have booked your audit, you will be sent an email with instructions on what I will need from you to begin. This will include a questionnaire so I can get to know your business (unless we have spoken on a discovery call).

2.

Once I have received this, please allow a two week turnaround for the audit to be completed and for me to put together my recommendations.

3.

You will receive a PDF report with recommendations and explanations as to why I am recommending them (in language you can understand, promise!) We will also jump on  a 1:1 call so we can talk through the recommendations.

4.

You are more than welcome to make the changes yourself, or I will provide a quote for the work that needs to be done.
