The Brief
Kelly came to us wanting a new website to reflect the growth and transformation her business has undertaken. She had well outgrown her Wix website so we moved her to WordPress and implemented a new layout. A large part of the build focused on getting their hire collection online to streamline the process for both Found Collective and their clients. We also implemented a new CRM to streamline styling requests and projects.

I booked Lorraine Virtual when I was undergoing a full rebrand of my events business, and I wanted to align this with a brand new website. I felt my website wasn't as user friendly as it could be, and wanted the client experience to be easier and smoother. I also wanted a "shop" function for my hire items, so clients could easily add items to a wishlist/ cart and submit for a quote.
We also didn't have a CRM or any inventory tracking software so we engaged Jess from Lorraine Virtual to look into the best systems to integrate with a new website and she was able to recommend the systems for us and integrate them as well. Overall it was no easy task and Jess did an incredible job! We are so thrilled with the end result and absolutely love our website. It has improved our customer experience and also the backend of thing for us as a business. Thank you Jess and Kenneth!!
